Say a man that is well regarded in social circles, wealthy, gives you the "eye", invites/coerces you to follow him into the changing room "to help with some clothes" and then, the heat turns up and announces he wants you, kisses, and goes for you. Examples: Tiger Woods, movie stars, political figures. Not even young, like you are both in your 40's or 50's... old people mate too ya know... even if they pull some muscles in the process.

There is no "yes" consent, but there's no "non consent either" and you're actions somewhat reciprocate. It's a passionate... animal moment WITH A HIGH VALUE MALE... million or billionaire and he's famous... and he wants YOU!!

You don't yell, scratch, or otherwise kick and scream... none of that. You view this as "hot" in retrospect and attest to that.

Would you view that as sexual assault or rape?

Does your answer change if afterwards he offers to be his girlfriend, take you out on date, that he is interested in you?

‘That Jury's A Joke’: GOP Senators Defend Donald Trump After Sexual Battery Verdict

Republican lawmakers defended former President Donald Trump after he was found liable for sexual assault and defamation in a civil case in New York, in the latest legal bombshell that could haunt the GOP presidential front-runner in 2024.
“That jury’s a joke. The whole case is a joke,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) told reporters on Tuesday.
“If someone accuses me of raping them and I didn’t do it, and you’re innocent, of course you’re going to say something about it … it was a joke,” Rubio added of the defamation findings.

Advice columnist E. Jean Carroll testified that Trump raped her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s. The jury reached its decision Tuesday after less than three hours of deliberation, finding the ex-president liable for sexual abuse — but not rape — and declaring he owes $5 million in total damages.

Trump, who declined the opportunity to defend himself in court, denied the allegation and called the verdict “A DISGRACE” and “A CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME!”

In her testimony, Carroll said Trump trapped and assaulted her at a New York luxury department store, pinning his body against hers.
“He had pulled down my tights, and his fingers went into my vagina, and it was extremely painful,” Carroll testified, Politico reported. “Extremely painful because he put his hand inside me and curved his fingers. As I’m sitting here today, I can still feel it.”

Trump lost a law suit as a result of having raped E. Jean Carroll, should he be listed on the New York Sex Offender Registry?

Loosing a civil suit, he isn't required to register. If he lost a criminal suit, he probably would have been ordered to. Does his history warrant registration?

Before you all get defensive I admit this is a generalization. Not every woman is more selfish than her male counterpart.

However in general I really do believe women are instinctually more selfish than men especially when it comes to relationships. However there are evolutionary factors at play and let me explain.

There was a time in history that in most cultures women had far fewer options than men when it came to employment, political office, business and land ownership, etc in most cultures. They also had some special privileges (not being forced to fight in wars). However they were for the most part completely dependent on men to protect and provide for them and the children. Also before birth control a woman had to be careful who she had sex with. She could get stuck with the baby.

But women always did have one key advantage over men and that was their feminine wiles and sexuality. They could manipulate men through relationships and marriage to get their needs met. Especially if they were attractive.

Women also developed a more callous attitude towards men who they did perceive could benefit them. At best they would ignore these men but they also had to act defensive and suspicious given that these men could harm/rape them. Although chivalry prevented most men from doing something like that there were always unfortunately bad men out there. Women had to be selfish to survive.

Fast forward to modern day. Nowadays western women definitely don’t need men to survive in modern society. In fact if are a woman you will likely have an advantage over a man if all else is equal. Corporations, political offices, etc look to promote women in the name of “gender equality”.

However I do not believe women have generally evolved out of their “self preservation” selfishness. They reject with less shame. They act much more entitled to accept hand outs. They don’t fight fair.

I believe many modern women just can’t admit this hypocrisy due to hard set evolutionary factors.

Trump's rape trial defense? His accuser and her friends have Trump Derangement Syndrome

This week, lawyers for E. Jean Carroll, who says Donald Trump raped her in the spring of 1996, rested their case in the battery and defamation trial that has gripped a lower Manhattan federal courtroom for seven days.

Over the course of the trial, jurors heard searing testimony from Carroll herself, as well as the accounts of two friends whom she confided in shortly after the alleged rape and two other sexual assault accusers who say their experiences with Trump resembled Carroll's. The only appearance Trump made came in the form of a deposition video where the former president disparages Carroll.

Just moments later, Trump's lawyers rested their case as well, without presenting any evidence.

Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina said from the start that the former president's legal team wouldn't bring any witnesses in front of the jury. The entire case, he told jurors in his opening statement, would come out in the cross-examination of Carroll and the witnesses her lawyers put on the stand.

With the testimony concluding on Thursday, and closing arguments to begin on Monday — unless Trump makes a surprise personal appearance — we now know what that defense looks like.

Carroll and her friends, Trump's lawyers suggest, all have Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Trump denies raping Carroll. And while her allegations have provoked his fury, he hasn't deigned to show up to the trial happening now in Manhattan federal court.

Those elitists think they can do whatever they want…well so does trump. With rape.
