Say a man that is well regarded in social circles, wealthy, gives you the "eye", invites/coerces you to follow him into the changing room "to help with some clothes" and then, the heat turns up and announces he wants you, kisses, and goes for you. Examples: Tiger Woods, movie stars, political figures. Not even young, like you are both in your 40's or 50's... old people mate too ya know... even if they pull some muscles in the process.
There is no "yes" consent, but there's no "non consent either" and you're actions somewhat reciprocate. It's a passionate... animal moment WITH A HIGH VALUE MALE... million or billionaire and he's famous... and he wants YOU!!
You don't yell, scratch, or otherwise kick and scream... none of that. You view this as "hot" in retrospect and attest to that.
Would you view that as sexual assault or rape?
Does your answer change if afterwards he offers to be his girlfriend, take you out on date, that he is interested in you?

Some would have a problem with it, others would see opportunitie$
A guy doesn't have to specifically ask first before he fucks a girl? She can give clear consent with her body language and eager willingness. As long as she give no indication that she doesn't want to proceed, it's not rape. I mean, if she eats a hamburger, she can't turn around and claim she was forced to.
She's insane if she thinks sex is automatic commitment to a relationship. And she is an evil psycho if she turns around and accuses him of rape.
good points. I don't think so, in fact, all the contract work would kill the animal instincts. I think women do, at times, turn around and complain they were forced to eat the burger... it may be a result of the salesman's process. We can all have "buyers remorse"... women being the "weaker vessel", or maybe less emotionally stable at times.
I think women are on a fishing expedition at times. If they got a shot at the "big fish", they will accept it. If it doesn't pan out, they have options... sometimes decades later, to take the fish in another way.
What's that saying, "there is no hell worse than a woman scorned"? And that gets to communication. If a man admits he had "sex" with a woman, but that was it, and she was an amazing woman at that time and he values and appreciates her and hte experience, I think she doesn't become a spiteful flame thrower. But if he denies the very existence of her or totally forgets the experience, he's libel to set off an emotional "spite" show in which she sets out to prove her power and reap the rewards.
Inspired by recent events... which leads to my next question, thanks for the inspiration.. "have you ever forgotten something someone else says totally happened, but you don't recall it at all".
He's a dead man. Unless I'm actually consenting, and he tries or succeeds, I'm blowing his fucking head off.
