When I was in school in England this was a very serious concern. My mother never let me or my sisters out of her sight and their were a few instances of us being approached by creepy men. One of the boys in my school used to facilitate young girls for his older brothers, cousins and uncles. He got jail years later. Police& social services refused to intervene and I know of at least one neighbour who got a warning for hate speech after his underage daughter was approached by a group of men.

The thing with immigrants is that many of them come from countries that the west had a big play in their destruction or poverty. Don't want immigrants heading to you, stay out of their countries. Plain and simple.
