Should rapists and pedophiles be publicly hanged like they did in the old days?

If someone is a known rapist or pedophile, back in the day, they would get the noose ready and sometimes with refreshments served for the attendees.

Should we bring back the hangman's noose and hang those who are found guilty of rape or pedophilia? I'm sure Brock Turner's neck looks just right.

The US Supreme Court has ruled that, at least for crimes against people (as opposed to crimes against the government, like treason) the death penalty is unconstitutional unless the crime resulted in the death of another human.

I'm against the death sentence for two reasons:
1. Mistakes and lies can get someone innocent killed.
2. Death is an easy way out.

That's why I said, we have to try them all before there's evidence that they did it. Such as Jared Fogle, who's got numerous amounts of pedophile paraphernalia before he was convicted. I just don't want my tax dollars supporting these beasts.

Saddam Hussein was hanged for his crimes, so I think we should do that too. And it isn't just Muslims, I see a whole bunch of Christians, Catholics and Jews who ware rapists. Like Harvey Weinstein.
