Should prison rapists be tortured to death?

Prison rape, for some sick disgusting reason, is (de facto) allowed and sanctioned by the prisons in the usa and most western prisons. I don't care what crimes a man is in prison for, being raped like a woman is not part of a prison sentence and any nation that allows jails and prisons to force gay rape on other inmates should tell you about how civilized that nation is.

If I had my way, I wouldn't have any problem taking every man who raped another dude in prison and use them for grizzly and bloody experiments like what the Japanese did to Chinese and Russian and American civilians and soldiers at unit 731 during ww2. They were called marutas, I'd subject prison rapists to being marutas.

Why? You hoping to be in prison sometime, and so want it to be easier?

The reality is that there is very little you can further do to a person (s), once you have taken their freedom in your hands.

Sure you can work them to death like the American prison labour camps do, or gulag them and let them rot, as the Russians. But there isn't much else you can humanly do without dehumanising.

Once you start dehumanising, then they are less the convict, and the state becomes the evil aggressor.

Nah. We’ve already accepted that we’re not really interested in rehabilitation and returning healthy, productive convicts back to a society in need. So at least make it a much worse punishment. There are basically two ways to prevent crime. Make the risk outweigh the reward, or teach criminals better ways and show them opportunities. Currently, we’re doing neither. We COULD be doing both to produce a major reduction in recidivism and a major boost to the economy.

It doesn't do any less reversing than prison without rape. But if a person contemplating rape knows that their going to get their ass ripped out if they get caught doing the crime they are contemplating then they're much less likely to do it. Prison is not about reversing damage, it's about punishment.

I cannot imagine prison guards and wardens monitoring prisoners closely, to make sure they don't plan an escape or prison riot to escape, and not be aware of prisoners raping other men. They know it happens and they let it happen, I see that as a form of de facto sanctioning.

De facto santioning isn't sanctioning. Sanctioning means offical authorization. So, no.

Guards are massively outnumbered by inmates, to expect them to catch every act prisoners do is unrealistic. They monitor them as closely as they can. You could become one and bump up the numbers, I dunno.

For every act that's caught, there are way more that aren't because the inmates keep their mouth shut. Tell the inmates to stop doing that. But I don't think it's so much that the administration isn't aware it happens, it's that they don't catch them in the act. And when they conduct their investigations, there isn't much that can be done if the victims don't want to snitch. Or if there's no proof.

Yea but using prison rapists as testing subjects for experiments would advance scientific discoveries and maybe lead to cures for diseases even if they die in the process.
