People like you get off on over powering the rapist (not too difficult from the rapist raping.) This act becomes a commodity of sorts like the public executions used to be. It's too lip biting ly weird for me.

At the same time criminals in jail that are not so socially polite activity murder rapist in jail. So the inmate and a person like yourself are not so different after all. The problem is the state can't handle a muder inside a jail all the time so they don't investigate or prosecute rapist to the full extent of the law. So now more rapist are walking free. There is a price for the bloodlust.

This is the whole metoo movement comes in but that's a different topic. So back on topic, Zero good comes out of it because criminals assume they won't get caught so no deterrence in any meaningful way. Then when there is a rapist it's ultimately harder to convict anyone to begin with when it's really hard to begin with.

Rapists should go to jail and rot in hell. From what I'm seeing the biggest hurtle of getting justice is this society level blood lust that is insulating them. Power dynamics is the key in understanding sexual abuse and overpowering them in this game is keeping the abuse alive again and again and again.

I've often said if someone raped my daughter, I'd remove the weapon and shove it down the garbage disposal to prevent re-attachment.

She wouldn't lie about it though, not one of those that would regret it the next day and say it was rape.

Legally, when someone uses a gun to commit a crime they prevent them from ever owning a gun again, rapists should have their weapon removed to prevent it from being used again.

They have some really realistic looking rubber ones these days that would make a great prosthetic to use to aim with.

At the very least it should be life in prison, no chance of parole.

Definitely should be allowed, but not immediately upon conviction. Should have auto appeals that go through the system to make sure someone is really guilty of it. Also if there is no physical evidence, just someone saying it happened and expecting to take their word, in those cases no.

Thanks to modern forensic science, it is pretty easy to determine that these days and not needing to take someone's word on it. I hate court cases where it is all about who is more believable.

We can see how many rapists or potential ones there are on this thread.

Rape recidivists and rapist who committed very brutal rapes should be chemically castrated together with pedos. Their pathological sexual preferences cause very heavy impact on their victims what makes them very damaging for society. Removing their libido permanently is justified compared to the evil they did to others.

Using deadly force to defend yourself against one should be legal if intent and be proven. As far as after the fact punishments go though, I think jail time, ostracization, and being publicly listed as a sex offender should suffice. False accusations should result in jailtime and invalidate your word under the law, so if you witness a crime it doesn’t mean anything because you are a liar.

The only reason I am against that is that evidence could come out proving the convicted rapists innocence. If the punishment carried out before that happens then you essentially punished the innocent.

In short, it's goes against due process in my opinion.

No because of what actually constitutes rape. happy for some violent ones but not all rapes. this is why there are specific senior judges available for rape cases.
