Should rapist and murderers stay in prison?
www.newsbreakapp.com/.../0YjakUvy
Liberalism is a mental disorder. I work in a prison work release. If you ONLY knew how many murderers and rapists are working at the restaurants you go to, you'd be shocked.
That nice, smooth talking waiter at the Olive Garden, could very well be a killer.
Employers hire them because of the tax breaks they get, and the killers are very punctual and never call out sick, because if they do, they can be sent back to prison.
They don't want to go back and finish their last 6 months in prison, because then they'd be throwing away the sex-filled social outings they earn by holding down a job.
If a killer can hold down a job 40 hours per week, they are rewarded with 30 hours of free time in the community with an approved sponsor. And believe it or not, you'd be shocked at the hot babes that come to sponsor them out on social outings.
Oh you're so right. Years ago, I worked at a restaurant where I was gonna be roommates with this guy who was a server there with me and something told me to do a background check on him - restaurants do not! I looked him up n sure as shit, he's was wanted for a hit n run n which killed a little girl (i believe she was maybe 6) in Atlanta.
Same restaurants... one day at work, the cops came in with an employee swipe card from our restaurant... they explained that this was found next to a rape/murder victim... n all this time, this guy is working in the kitchen that next far after the crime! Like how do u go to work like normal after u just killed n raped someone?
Yes, the restaurants get tax breaks n often times that employee serving you may be an ex con. In some cases, that's good they can still work n in some cases, I've seen some people n its clear they aren't wrapped tight... on the urge hand not all restaurant employees are criminals... in fact most have degrees n lead very normal lives lol
90% of female felons in my town work in restaurants. 90% of male felons work in construction.
And something that 99% of people don't understand is; the the recidivism rate is around 95%.
They all find a way to go back to prison.
If it's not available in your stores, Google "Dave's Killer Bread."
It's a very popular and expensive bread in my town. Dave got out of prison, and created a multi-million dollar bread company. But now he's back home... in prison.
I've given up trying to explain to people that felons love being in prison. They don't believe me, because it's counter-intuitive. Who would want to be in prison?
I mean, they have no bills, best medical, lots of fun activities, a social life, no responsibility, no worries, educational opportunities, three meals per day..
The only bad part is, the cost of drugs is outrageous in prison. A strip of Suboxone (synthetic heroin) on the streets sells for about $8.00. In prison that same strip goes for $100.00.
That's because of availability, and the fact that it has to be "keistered" into the prison.
Oh your 100% right about prisoners loving to be incarcerated. Some are so used to the system they can't function on the outside world normally anymore. Some people are. addicted to the lifestyle of crime so inevitably they return... and some actually like it for ALL the reasons your list. A close family friend of mines, son actually said just that, he likes prison. However, he was also just diagnosed with schizophrenia. I don't know...(sigh)... its all very sad.. so many different types of people in this world that need healing of some sort.
I've talked to hundreds, if not thousands of prisoners. If you can gain their trust, and they know you won't judge them, they will tell you that they KNOW they will be going back to prison. Prison is so very easy in America.
I talked to a nice Hispanic guy that was releasing in about 2 weeks. I asked him what his plans were. He told me his plan was to go back to prison.
One month after his release, he murdered his girlfriend. He decapitated her.
Prison is NOT a bad thing. It's an alternative society for people who can't cope with the real world.
The real world has its advantages, but it's equally plagued with disadvantages.
I don't know you from Adam, but since you're on the "outside" I can tell you that you made more decisions during your last shower, than an incarcerated felon will make in a week.
*rent
*insurance
*car payment
*job status
*should I call him
*should I go to the party
*should I buy that?
It's scientifically proven thing, that incarcerated individuals lose their cognitive power, because they flat out just don't need it. They never have to think or make decisions. Just get in the chow line, and then watch whatever movie is playing. That's it.
Thanks
Damn that's deep yo that's why we need to go back to the Cowboys system when they come to Rob us we blast them away.

Originally I was all for execution for these types.
however I am sort of going green.
why not large hamster type wheels to generate electricity and run them until they peg it.
society gets rid of a problem and gets green electricity.
Best way to help the environment is to lower the human population.

Agreed, it’s just a starter using murders, you can start using others as you start thinning things out
Less energy needed when there are less people to use it. Less food grown, less fuel used less trash built up, and less carbon put into the atmosphere.
@Ms_Vanderquack yep. You reach equilibrium.
Hypothetically. I’d need to see more research done on how much energy a person can generate compared to how much waste a prisoner produces.
@Ms_Vanderquack
Tube in one end for food in, tube on the exit for gas and waste, and running on wheel, using flexible connections, maximising output
The law works really in mysterious ways. Like that guy that killed 80 people in Norway went to jail for 10 years and now he is eligible for parole. While some people get like 1000 years sentence for robbery or so.
Murderers, yes. But rapists, no. They should be executed.

I live in a nice part of Cleveland but if you go about 20 miles east of me, you get in to some bad area... which just goes to show, you can't judge a book by its cover, as in, you can't just say "cleveland is a bad city". No, certain PARTS of it, is
No. If proven completely guilty beyond reasonable doubt, they should be executed.
Its shit but if he served his time then thats pretty much it after that there is nothing else that can be done yes its disgusting but thats throw the law works
I'm not arguing that its fucked up i agree but many like to claim the law is fair but then have a issue with this
Somehow ot was deemed that he served the right amount of time i wouldn't say he should be killed but long time jail that must be served then watched when he gets out or some level off making sure they are sure he won't offend again
Im not sure where you're from but here in Chicago-the USA , the law most often times is not fair. There are too many freed offenders to watch them like they need to be. I have an apl that tells me the sex offenders in my neighborhood bc I am a parent n I want to be aware for my own good... well, most of these fucked up pedophiles get out and offend again. You'd be surprised how many on yhe list have gone to prison MULTIPLE times for the same thing. Chicago is called the windy city bc of the wind. We are the windy city bc of the shady politics... I have seen FIRST HAND people get away with things or punished over board simply bc of political reasons. There needs to be a restructure of time frames n penalties for crime.
What makes me sad is, the parents still live in the town that this monster lives in. Can u imagine seeing the man who took your innocent child's life? It saddens me thinking of a baby suffering like that. N to have to look at the maniac who did it... im not sure if I'd stay a free woman bc its no way I'd be able to contain my rage.
Definitely indefinitely. In a tiny, cold, stinking room, with twenty other fucking outcasts from decent society.
Yes id argue Armed robbery should stay in there as well.
Even if you don't kill me I want you locked up.
As someone who been mugged 2x in my life time.
Tramatzing the first time makes you a very the second time.
Why is he out of prison? For his crime he should be buried under the jail.
We used to have excile for this... But then those darned Americans took their independance and tanked the British empire so Australia became a sovereign country.
Psychopathic sexual deviants can’t be cured. So there’s an argument for it. Though the 4th amendment works for everyone or no one...
My opinion I believe if they are convicted of those crimes they should stay in jail. Untell proven innocent.
yep, parole is an invention of the liberal mind and just increases crime.
Yeah it’s like communist russia, the violent offenders get off easy but the ideological offenders get the full punishment. Drugs should be legal
No, they should be executed.
But that's not a good punishment.
Would you rather waste millions of tax dollars keeping garbage in a cage rather than just disposing of it?
I feel like death is just letting them get off scot-free. Not all those criminals value their lives and would be happy to die. Killing them amounts to nothing.
@TheLittleInnocent I mean, they could be flayed alive on live tv to be used as an example. I’m good with that.
Idc what they do to them as long as they get to live a long life of misery
What else should we do with them?
no, they should be executed
