First off, for those who don't know, the GI Bill is a bill in the US that says, if you served in the US military, the military will pay for your college.
Firstly, I support the GI Bill for soldiers who actually FOUGHT overseas, or were even stationed in a dangerous country.

But then there are "veterans" like my friend. He got stationed at an airbase near beautiful Italian Alps. What did he do there? Cleaned airplanes and played dress up. When he wasn't on duty, him and his fellow soldiers attended Carnival in Venice, explored palaces in Trieste, toured a cave in Slovenia, went snowboarding in the Alps, attended a Katy Perry concert in the world famous Milan (front row seats), visited the beautiful Lake Garda where James Bond was filmed, AND got lap dances from an Italian stripper.

My friend never left the EU and never fought in a war. So tell me, does someone like my friend deserve to have his film school paid for?

Girl seems to like me. I think as a friend. But when we are outside she gives me signals, always asks me to dance with her, she hugs me, I always somehow end up holding her bra without even trying and she seems like she doesn't notice. She asked me to tie her high heels when we were out, but they were already tied. She later said she was annoyed and angry at me, but she always came to me to talk to me. We made plans to go to one event she doesn't like, because when I mentioned it she said that she doesn't like it but that she "might go with me if I ask😜". And I asked her and we are going there. I know her one year (we haven't spoken for half of last year because of a fight), and when I first met her she said she always saw me in the pub and why I haven't ever invited her to come drink with me. And when I did invite her, she said after our meeting that she thought I invited her because I like her. And when I invited her second time her friend new about it and send my friend (omg they are going on a second date). But the problem is she replies to my text sometimes imidiately and sometimes in 4-5 hours and sends really small text. Not like good, or thanks more like, 4 word responses. I dont mind that, but I know she is at the phone because she likes my instagram picture during that period. Thats recent but also one other reason I dont think she likes me that way is because when I was with her drunk one night last year, I said my friends said they think she likes me. And she replied with "Why can't I have male friends?". We were planning to go last week out just us two alone but couldnt (I asked her, but later learnt I can't make it), so she suggested tommorow which is valentine day (she said she forgot its tommorow). She also says stuff I dont think girl would say if she had crush on me. I just want to know what other people think, because I really like her as a person and dont want to do anything stupid to ruin our friendship.

Is grinding/dancing while in a club acceptable to you or crossing the line. Personally I wouldn't care if my girlfriend does with another guy while she's out with her friends. I don't see it as a big deal cus I like dancing with other girls but since we made it official I don't know if i still should or shouldn't dance with other girls.
