Search Results: he says things and then push me away

So I've been snapping this guy, and I'm one of those girls who doesn't approach guys that I am attracted to because I'm pretty shy. Other guys I have no problem with, it's just when they like me or I like them I get really awkward and I mess up a lot.

Anyway, this guy always tells me I look good today, and he's a genuine guy so I don't doubt him and my friend knows him pretty well so his character is confirmed as a nice guy. I am always flattered when he says nice things so, like the idiot I am, told him that it means a lot that he tells me stuff like that cuz people don't normally notice. Then he asked, "what do you mean?" and I told him basically I don't have many guy friends cuz I'm shy and guys don't take interest, to which he responded "but you're so pretty". I think he was surprised that I'm not at the top of any guy's list (that I know of) and was starting to reconsider his affection for me.

WELL. This was on snapchat, so I didn't have a lot of explaining room and I didn't mean to tell him that I am undesirable, cuz I'm not, I'm just kinda shy thats all and I don't approach guys but it came out so wrong! I'm pretty sure I just ruined my chances with him cuz I basically said no one likes me...

He doesn't seem to snap me as enthusiastically anymore so I really think I blew it.

SO. Overall, snapchat is a terrible way to converese, I have class with him Monday, and I don't want to push him away because I bad with words.

How do I fix this and somehow? How do I re-capture his attention and make him interested again?

Okay so I met this guy a month ago and he's six years older. Our first date was good. We walked around the mall and we had an awesome time getting to know one another. He kept talking about how he wants to see me again and everything. However, after our second date (it was pretty bad lol) I think he thinks that 1. I don't like him 2. He doesn't like me anymore. I tried to push him away and even tried to get on the bus and not in his car. I guess it worked because well after that, it took him a few days to text me and he didn't even reply afterwards. I talked to a friend about it and he thinks that he likes me... I dont get it.. I talked to him again to see what he's up to and he called me on Skype. He asked me if i like anyone at the moment and he said it better not be me because I'll reject you. So I told him yeah but I dont wanna like him. Then he said "oh wow I guess nobody likes me huh" so i was like what? and he was like "im just kidding, dont worry about it". Its just so weird. He asked to hang out again and I said yah, but he never texted me and I didn't either. Wtf. i deleted my Skype and his phone number but i just can't seem to get him out of my mind

I don't know what it is.. Its just the way he looks at me sometimes.. i feel like he really likes me just by the way he looks at me.. But I don't know maybe im wrong... and he would randomly say things like oh your eyes are really pretty or you're a great person... then he says things like you're really cute omg and then he pats my head.
