What would you like to see females do to better handle conflict?

I am actually agaisnt this theroy but it is one I held as a young girl. Society tells young girls this. This is a toxic mentality on my eyes. Your MAN should handle the drama he brings and should also avoid bringing drama (same goes for you ladys). Women gotta learn to step back and let the man defend his own (including kids or woman). If he can't do that alone then he shouldn't be your man.
