My daughter turns 16 on the 31st. We are going away to an indoor waterpark thats a 4 1/2 to 5 hour drive from where we live. It is me, my daughter, 4 of her friends and my mom. The hotel room has 2 king beds and a pullout couch. We are staying next Friday through Sunday.
My daughter is arguing with her friends about the trip. They are arguing about sleeping arrangements.
She said 2 of her friends have to sleep in complete pitch black rooms with no sound at all. Another friend has insomnia and stays up most of the night. My daughter and another friend have to sleep with a light on and/or tv. All 5 of them are light sleepers and wake up at any noise. The hotel has paper thin walls, you can hear the person in the next room snoring, beds squeaking, every door slams shut, people walking around the room or hallway, person in next room coughing etc. I read this on TripAdvisor. They are also arguing about what they wanna do (go to arcade, waterpark etc) and some friends are being bitchy saying they wanna sleep when they get there, or they dont wanna go to the waterpark at all, blah blah blah. Some are now even saying they dont wanna go. My daughter is irritated and screaming at me because of her friends. My daughter might also have her period there, and she refuses to wear tampons and is a complete mean bitch and will definitely ruin everyones fun, especially if she doesn't get much sleep. I don't know if I should cancel the trip or keep the option of going?

He calls me , my mom and my sister crazy ALL THE TIME. He is also sexist he says we need to man up and that we need to stop being over dramatic little girls. My sis and i were talking about makeup and he said that we need to talk about other things that its stupid and a waste of money. I remember one time i stayed up super late and he slapped me across the face. He yells a lot and is very aggressive. His modd also changes constantly. He always threatens me and my sis. He gets mad over the dumbest things. ? Wtf. And one day he got so mad he pinched my arm really hard and threatened to throw a shoe at me. He called me a dumb idiot too! When i was little i remember he used to get so angry and he would come into my room argue with me and spit at me. He was drunk yesterday night and he called me and my sister idiots for having the lights on at night. Also, he blames my mom on everything. He is having financial problems / work stress too. I don't know what to think of this. I don't think he is a danger but he's made me cry some times and my mom is just too awesome to get insulted by him. He doesn't realize what he's doing. He blames everything on us and he acts like he is the only good person in the family. Please help.
