Not all women of course.

While it is obvious that we get mature as we age, from what I've observed, women in their 30s feel far different from women in their 20s and such kind of difference isn't much seen in men. A man in his mid 20s thinks pretty much the same way as a man in mid 30s.

So, is their some kind of emotional shift in women when they reach 30-35 which isn't generally seen in men?

I personally say what I think and say it how it is I don't like beating around the bush, if she says something it is what is, I don't think of the secret meaning to it or what it could mean, and it goes the same for the people I hang out with, but women I believe from what I saw analyse ever single minor detail and word you say and how you say it and what your secret meaning behind a text, even though the meaning is pretty clear and obvious.

Of course this phrase doesn't exclude the possibility that a woman can be creator and seeker and a man can be preserver and acceptor, neither the possibility that some people could be both. This phrase postulates a general tendence that is claimed to be true in more cases than it be not.

What are you? Does this saying fit your personal case?

I know that some, especially the young people, might perceive "creator and seeker" as more honorable or more respectable than "preserver and acceptor". Tbh I myself do it if I consider what my I thinks, but if I take me away from thinking about it and think clear it is obvious to me that both are equally important parts of the whole and neither role is in a sense "better" than the other.
By answering the question about yourself please try to take some time to look deep inside of you and to determine the true tendence of your being, please try to not be influenced by what the surface of your mind might think. Maybe try to look at how you act in most situations and what your ways to deal with things in life are to be sure you answer not what you want but what it is.

It fits my case absolutely if we go by inner tendence.
