Ella is 18 years old. She recently graduated high school and quit her fast food restaurant Jon after two of her females coworkers almost choked her to death and stumped her head on the ground. Ella wanted to find another way to make money and felt quite sad. She started panhandling and made an average amount of 90 dollars every 5 hours on the street. She also got two date offers from old men. Ella was happy but she knew her parents wouldn't be once they found out. Ella eventually met Dustin, a 19 year old homeless teenager with no friends, no family and he was quite scared and hurt himself. He told her the story of him shitting his pants and crying about it and being beaten for stealing a sandwich. He heard her story at the restaurant and told her that he had his head banged against a wall until he bled and passed out as a child. Ella feels bad for Dustin, especially seeing him tear up and get emotional. Ella likes Dustin's quiet humble nature but she feels like she shouldn't. Ella starts giving Dustin some of her money to him and they talk every once in a while. They even kissed and made out in her bedroom.
