For starters, I may get some hate for this. But read till the end.

So I got two teens 14 and 16-17 ridding around my street on dirt bikes. This been going on for past week or so. I'm not a party pooper or a fun police, I am however a fair and rather level headed guy. I myself had a motorcycle not so long ago, but sadly I gotten into a accident with an SUV (SUV failed to yield at intersection and went on her Red, mine Green).

This two teens are pretty irresponsible, the older one rides around without a helmet (Req. by law in Ontario, Canada), they ride on the sidewalk when it's busy from kids going home from a day of school. I got a high school and an elementary school near my house and this is not in some country town, this is in a city with 700k+ population. Outside of riding on sidewalks when kids are going home they also filter on a 2 way street (Filtering is illegal in Ontario).

I really don't want to do this, but one of this idiots almost got hit by a car when he just went onto the road from sidewalk without looking, this fools also run Stop signs and are pretty stupid in there actions. As a motorcycle rider this pisses me off and as an adult (23) this also pisses me off, the fact they may hit a kid going from school is bull.

So do you think I should call cops and report this? They may get $7k fine for riding without insurance, licence (3 year record on licence) and on illegal motorcycles. So with all fines it's around $9-10k CAD. This is not to kill the "Fun" but to teach responsibility and stop this idiots from causing an accident or killing themselves.

So is that ideal? or just okay. im 15 now.

it's near impossible for me to grow much muscle if i don't want to die of protein overdose.
