I met a guy a week ago who told me he has been deeply crushed with me since October but never told me because he says he's shy. So I started talking to him because I feel a bit of attraction for him and the very first day we talked he said he likes me a fucking lot, and I told him I like him too. And since that he always compliments me with things like
"you're divine and perfect"
"you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen"
"you're my soul mate"
"you're a fallen angel but not even them are as perfect as you are"
"I want to kiss you badly"
and I actually don't know how to answer that. But he does not talk to me at school, he waits to talk to me until the day ends and he takes me to my home.
but I don't understand, why on earth he sometimes acts so damn cold hearted and like if I didn't mean anything to him. And one hour later he likes me again. And the next he doesn't. And that makes me think that he's not that into me, but all those compliments confuse me, or maybe he's just trying to play with me. What do you think?

I am naturally curious. Truly; I have always been curious.

The concept that out of a hundreds of millions of people in the world, there is one person out there that is exactly right for you; has always fascinated me. A perfect fit as some people say.
I'm not really sure what to believe when it comes to that it just seems so impossible. There are so many things we don't know and I believe that the people we meet are all by chance. I've just come out of a relationship and honestly it was a really good one, he was wonderful and he totally changed my opinion of men as in all my previous relationships I had been treated badly.

We broke up only because we had to not because we wanted to and he will always be dear to me as I am to him, but even with that I recognized that he wasn't the right person for me.

How does one sense that someone isn't a right fit for them? Is it ingrained in our subconscious somehow?

I believe the relationships we have are all by chance, so how can people say that we have a soul mate? That the moment your born there is one specific person you spend the rest of your life trying to find. Whether you are aware of it or not.

So do you believe in the concept of Soul mates? That the person you meet has been predestined and programmed out for you before you were even born and able to realise what you wanted in a partner?

Or do you think anyone can just be 'The One', and that we all meet people by fluke?
