I have known this guy a few years. he wanted to date but i had too much going on in life- I was not dating. We are friends now and i'm trying to start things over. I asked him to the park bc i wanted to talk and just hang out. We ended up staying 5 hours then bc i was staying in a hotel anyhow as i'm between apartments, and he has a roommate, i offered him to stay over if he wanted to continue hanging out.

he did come. we talked watched stuff kissed a bit slept with his arm about my waist.

wondering if it was too much. like too overwhelming as a first date or misleading.

i don't want him thinking i'm expecting things to escalate from half a day in the park & a hotel. it was a lot for me but i liked it but i'm not rushing anything. i also don't want him assuming i want more right away.

would he assume i want more or would he expect me to be ready for more? i like how things are if he's interested id like to take it slow.

turned out ok but it was not planned. do you think he would you have come to the hotel if id invited him in advance?

If you have to choose one either money, or success wich one? Money could get you far or it could destroy your life. Success would get you money be a better person or it could be overwhelming for some people.
