27F, I hate to describe this as daddy issues. For the most part, my dad and I have gotten along. My parents divorced when I was 8, after that he started to take his frustrations out on me (mom cheated). At around 23 I got tired of it, I moved out of state to live w my gma at 13 but we talked over phone. I pretty much said fuck him and didn’t talk to him for three years. My parents are still good friends, my mom has been with the same guy and my dad is single I think.

For over a year, my dad and I rekindled. He seemed to change with me, I think he knows I’m not taking that anymore and we never argue. But I’m irritated when he calls too often. My mom can call me whenever (I have resentment towards her too) and I have no prob. My dad calls too frequently (more than once a week) and I get irritated.

He just annoys me, he asks me the same questions frequently and I put him in his place lol. I know he remembers, my mom blames it on him not knowing what to say to me. My dad doesn’t have a good relationship with his family, everyone always makes the excuse that I’m all he has. My moms family is shit too but I guess she has a boyfriend and 2 other kids.

What frustrates me is that really isn’t my fault, I always think what if I was married or had kids. I would have to coddle and make time for my dad then too? I’m single, no friends and don’t feel like I need to talk to my parents that often.

TL;DR: am I being too harsh with my dads need to talk with me often?

Okay so here is the deal on why google answers aren't effective for me on this question. I just got a job a month ago and I like it a lot (it's not my dream job but in the same/correct field) but my boyfriend just got a job in a different state (which pays a full salary and mine is only part time and hourly) and he will start in about a month. I might be able to transfer work places because I work in a chain and that place defiantly there.

Is it wrong or weird to ask for a transfer so soon after I started or should I just quit?

I moved to a new studio now, but my old landlord spied on me daily. As if I was going to rob something. Daily she spied on me as I left or arrived. Each time I paid rent on time she complained or ask million questions of my life or Instagate and lie act fake. She would gossip of me all day on the phone glued to her hands. 8am to 4am she would be talking on the phone laughing or making fun of someone. She would ask over and over do you still have your business? Do u still make sales in your business? Who is that guy that came to visit? Is he your friend? Is he your boyfriend? Why he don’t stay to sleep? Clean the bathroom. Clean the bathroom. Why do you carry a lot bags? I like your shoes do you still make sales online? Why this? Why that?
