Sounds like a raging asshole my best friend used to date!
They met online, she was in New England and he was here near the mid-west. She was 16, he was in his early 30's but told her he was in his very early 20's! He convinced her to move here to be with him once she graduated high school, so, she did. Upon getting here, he refused to show up to help her move into her new apartment! A guy next door offered to help and, when he was done helping her move in, he raped her!! Once her "boyfriend" heard about this he accused HER of cheating on him with the rapist!
One night, we decided to hang out together, talk and listen to music at her place and that's ALL we did!! I accidentally kissed her on top of her head, once and IMMEDIATELY apologized to her!! Later, when he found out that we spent those 3 hours together before she left to go to work that night, he INSISTED that I fucked her and that she was cheating on him with me!!
They got married not long after that and had 2 kids then got divorced because he was such a raging psychotic asshole and, on the days he got the kids, he abused them and she threw his ass in jail!! Last I heard, a few weeks ago, her kids (both in their mid-teens) are now in a psych ward because they got some of his psychoses!!
My uncle was also VERY possessive of my aunt once they got married. She, literally, couldn't even go to the bathroom without him tagging along!! They'd be at our house playing cards in the kitchen and she'd get up to go the powder room right beside the kitchen table. The door locks only from the inside and the room is not much bigger than a pair of telephone booths! No windows, no other doors but, if she was in there more than 2:00, he'd get up and go stand outside the bathroom to wait fort her!! We all figured he was worried that some guy was in there hiding and waiting for her to go in so he could make out with her or that she'd actually fallen into the toilet and couldn't get out!!
Your best bet is to drop him like a bad habit!! He's OBVIOUSLY VERY insecure and will, most likely, cause you nothing but trouble in the future!!

Screw him, and his insecurities. Be a strong woman who values your freedom and liberty to talk with *people*. Jealousy that severe is a pretty toxic trait in a relationship. Stay away. Hell even you consider him a "boy" and not a man. C'mon now
