Search Results: fear of death

I've never really feared death. Death is inevitable; oblivion is inevitable. When I was younger, I would have repccuring dreams of possibly death but my imagination was far more vast for that to affect me. Even now, I constantly tend to have scenarios pass through my mind in random situations in which death could happen if fate allowed it too. I see no point in fearing something that happens to every living thing. I don't even fear how I would die. Hopefully it isn't an excruciating death but nevertheless I'd be death eventually. I only hope to live a long enough life to fulfill my major aspirations. I have no desire to live forever because it honestly seems like it would be quite exhausting/dreadful, but I am curious to see how the world will evolve once I'm gone.

Is it considered normal to be anxious all the time? To worry about your future? Make up events that may not even take place? Assume you are going to be alone for the rest of your life and fall into a panic attack when you see someone you know get engaged/begin a new relationship? Persist negative thoughts 24/7? Assume everyone is out to get you and you are alone in this world? Fear death? Fear being in debt? Lose faith in your religion? All in a short amount of time drastically, considering the fact that it gradually began at age 12? Feel like your friends are using you/going to be betray you at any given point. THOUGHTS PLEASE
