Today is is Friday the 13th – the most dreaded date of the year. Friday the 13th is held in fear by many superstitious people.

Many superstitions root from the same trait that makes us believe in monsters and ghosts: "When our brains can't explain something, we make stuff up."

When I was a child, I used to open umbrellas inside and walk under ladders just to tease my grand mother haha

I also broke 2 mirrors (well one broke by itself but just after I asked a question about my family in my great grand mother's house)

The best day I ever had playing Poker was a Friday the 13th. Maybe not so lucky for the guys I played against. Also, we had a black cat for 16 years. Lots of good luck during that time.

@djvtech - you are talking about a thing in which there are many possible outcomes. If you jump off from the building, eventually you'll die. But if you hit someone then there are many possibilities like he'll hit you back, or not, or someone else will hit you back etc. Now that will depends upon karma. Like if I hit you, most probably you'll hit me back but if obama hits you then you can't hit him back (as he got the best security) why he? Because he did good karma which made him successful.

Perhaps your definition of karma is not the same as most people. If karma is real, then bad people should always have bad things happen to them, and good people should always have good things to them. But this is not the case, so how is karma logical? Could you explain.
