You probably have anxiety, the disorder. DON'T PANIC FOR THAT. It is fine, there are a lot of things to help. You just have to find your coping mechanism. There are group therapies, and therapists, and prescription medications. There are also things you can do such as making a small book of things that calm you. I have anxiety, and I like to read. I printed out some of my favorite book quotes, and pictures from tv shows I loved and taped them into a small journal and carried it with me, and when I was having anxiety I just looked through it. Sometimes I write quotes, or names on my arm or leg, and that helps me. Find what calms you, and make something work. It could even be just making something to keep at home, and knowing when you get home, you can do more, and that might help keep you calm, just thinking of it.

It's normal. Of course, not everyone experiences these feelings, but many people struggle with severe anxiety just like you. I have severe anxiety. I have many anxiety disorders including social anxiety. I have it all the time and it is constantly being shoved in my face.
"Feel like your friends are using you/going to be betray you at any given point." - I feel that they are going to leave me all the time. It's a constant fear of mine. I am anxious about it every day.
You are not alone at all.
I didn't vote because anxiety is NORMAL for ALL humans. Anxiety isn't normal when it's EXCESSIVE though.
Please look into meditation, and I seriously mean that. Don't consider it some hobby, really commit to it daily for about 10 minutes at first and try to work your way up for 20.
Find a space (could be your house, a space in school, etc) where you are alone for a short period of time, get in an upright posture and just meditate. Breathe in, breathe out.
At first it's very hard, because anxiety keeps you attached to ideas... the point of meditation is to break you AWAY from those ideas. It allows you to live in the NOW instead of unlikely or worst-case scenarios.
Look it up. (I used to suffer from severe anxiety)
I have anxiety issues that began at 14 because that's when hormones really kick in and alter the brain. It's a life-long struggle against anxiety but basically I have to tell my brain to shut up sometimes.

I'm constantly preoccupied by my future
But I always take a deep breath, relax, and tell myself everything will fall into place. It seems u have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. :) it is normal to feel anxious, from time to time though
In a sense yes, but in another sense no. Its normal to feel or think those things a lot, but not to the max extreme constantly. Max extreme occasionally, and normal levels most other times.
I think it would benefit you to speak with a professional.
I have anxiety also, but it is not as severe as yours is. Have you tried medications?
