I've been dating my girlfriend for the past few months, and we've been exclusive for all that time. Haven't actually had proper sex yet, but we've been planning to, sooner rather than later- the chemistry's definitely there, and when we've been making out, it's been great. I think she's a keeper, the best girl I've ever had; it's still early days, but I've been seriously thinking about getting married and starting a family with her. This week though, I found out that the guy who her single mum just got engaged to is actually my biological dad (my mum broke up with him when I was 3, but it's definitely him); we're about to become brother and sister-in-laws. Our relationship's about to become incestuous, just because my dad's beaten me to the punch and lined himself up to marry my girlfriend's mum first. Both our parents are in their early-mid 50's, so it's not like they'll be getting it on and having new babies. But if my girlfriend found out that her mum's getting married to my dad, she'd be really freaked out by it, and I don't know if she'd be able to handle it- to handle us being together, in a sexual relationship, as brother and sister-in-laws. What should I do? And if you were in my position, or my girlfriend's position, what would you do?

Would you ever entertain the notion of having a sexual relationship with a partner if he/she went through all this with you as a prelude to every single sexual encounter that you ever had with him/her, as the guidelines state that people now have to do, under the 'yes means yes' guidelines, or be found guilty of rape? If they sat you down, and gave a complete and thorough summary of every single sexual encounter they'd ever had in their life; before going on to tell you exactly what was going to happen in the forthcoming sex session, how they were going to go about having sex with you, which sexual positions they were going to do it in, exactly how long they'd have sex with you for, and clarifying that you could refuse to participate at any time in the explicitly detailed sexual activity they'd set out- in a cold, calm and emotionless manner, as the law states that all sexual partners must- how would you react? And would you ever have sex with them if they did this?
