I don't think choosing to have child makes you selfish alone, but rather the reasoning behind why a lot of women choose not to. It's usually stemmed around this idea that they rather 'enjoy' life and save money. Or they look at having a child as a distraction from their career or life in general. These are definitely selfish reasons to me. Most women that I've met who hate the idea of children tend to be very self absorbed. This is just based on my life experience and what I've seen though.

There are legitimate reasons as to why people do not want a child, and respectable ones at that. But most reasons I see stem from self absorption and selfishness. Also, not wanting to have a child for selfish reasons doesn't make you a bad person or define you a negative way as a whole. It just means that you have selfish tendencies depending on your reasoning.

I'm very attracted to nurturing women, and being a good mother and being good with children is a huge turn on to me. Biologically, most men think the same way I do.
