I meet this talkative and confident guy before college, i think 5-6months before. I though that he acts different to me then the others. Then i didn't see him 6 months. We meet again on college. We are in different groups of friends and on different colleges. But he seemed to always notice me and look and stare at me.
We look at each other but i can't express my self. We lock eyes but it's like the world stop i can't even say how long is lasting.
He's really talkative and have group of girl friends who is he always with. He's talkative around then, joke, tease them and stuff. When i'm around he have that blank face and looks at me.
Sometimes i acted like i don't see him and he looked at me few times until i looked at him. Once i was ignorimg him and he slow down until i looked at him. If he can't see me he move to place he can and if i'm going home i noticed he would looked.
Also i was once with his good friend from my college and i had beg infront of me. He was passing with one of girl friends and he noticed us. He was walking to us and side and like lurk behind beg. It was so cute. We all started smile and friend told him to go. He waved and said bye and went. I saw him first time he was like smiling infront of me. 2 days later he was passing through my college and we meet in perfect moment.
When i was in bar table next to his good friend. He came with one girl friend who is always with him. He was showing them his project and then sit next to me. He turned me back but he was lightly touching me. Also he was quiet and at some point i noticed he listened when i talked. He went somewhere and when he got back he sit nexto that girl, but i noticed he looked when i looked at him. They got up to go and i went order. When i was going back he was standing on hlaf way alone, and i could pass only next to him. We locked eyes for few seconds.

It's different with him always. He never make a move. Why?
