Ok I just turned 25 and currently starting my job in January. It's an entry level job paying 60K/year I live in New Orleans and want to live there forever. I want to buy my own house and live in Garden District, Algiers Point or Uptown New Orleans and I want a baby before I get too old. Your chances of conceiving go down after the age of 35 and I want 2-3 kids. I owe $12,000 in student loans which I can pay off within the first four years and still have $102,202 saved after taxes. I'll be 27-29 years old when I will be able to afford and put a down payment on a good home.

My question is when should I start trying for a baby? I just want a man who will have sex with me and get me pregnant then leave. I want 2 girls and 1 boy, and I know I can raise them by myself.
