We complain about abortion, marriage rates, promiscuity, failing nuclear families, cheaters, divorce rates, and child birth rates. Promiscuity can be directly linked to all of these issues. Of course nobody likes to be told they can’t do something and in today’s world where the rights of a few are prioritized over the needs of the many and new open ideas are overly idolized I doubt such changes would be made much less accepted…

I’m going to counter some arguments I see coming up front.

won't people will just hide their having sex?
Sure just like they hide the fact they murder and avoid taxes. This will lead to lower abortion rates for sure even if it’s only one or two.

Back alley abortions will become more prominent.
Even our most agreed upon laws get broken fairly regularly. Murder, rape, theft, assault; these are committed every day. We need accountability. You choose sex a baby is a possibility. You shirk your responsibility and choose a dangerous procedure that could cost you your life. When someone drinks and gets behind the wheel then kills a kid it’s tragic. When they sober up their devastated. So then do we forgo punishment because he’s sorry? No we hold him responsible so he and everyone else witnessing his situation avoids the situation that got him here. This is accountability.

Well what if a woman gets raped!
Yes the possibility of rape victims being further victimized by this law is a problem but that’s not something we considered when #believeallwomen became a thing. A law like this would reduce the claims of rape and actual rapes by reducing the focus of sex in our society.

I don’t want to be told I can’t have sex if I want; its my right!
Your told you cannot do many things you accept but may not agree with. Half the country believes you have to abandon your property if someone breaks into your home and you can run away the other half thinks they should be able to protect their property with lethal force if necessary so how is this different?

Sexual violence against men:

-Less than 3% of organizations that address rape as a weapon of war mention men as victims of this or provide services to male victims

-In regards to wartime sexual violence against men, castration in particular is used as a means of physical torture with strong psychological effects

Mass killings of men:

Non-combatant men and boys have been and continue to be the most frequent targets of mass killing and genocidal slaughter

There have been multiple acts of gendercide against men:

-The Anfal Campaign in Iraqi Kurdistan (1988)

-Armenian genocide (1915-17)

-Rwandan genodie (1994)

Rape resulting in impregnation (the man still having to pay child support)

-A man in louisiana had sex with a nurse in a hospital. She used the semen in his used condom to get pregnant without his consent. The court ruled that because there was consensual sex, even if the impregnation was non consensual as she used the sperm by getting out of the used condom, he still has to pay child support.

Women using sperm against man’s consent to get impregnated and succeed in getting child support.

-A man was raped after passing out drunk and intoxicated. The woman confessed to raping him (as you can get erect and ejaculate while unconscious). The court understood what she did but still decided that any wrongdoing on her part does not alter the fathers duty to provide support for the child. The man had to pay 9000 dollars up front and pay child support.

-A New York court ordered Deon Francois to pay child support to his ex-wife Chaamel after she forged his signature and allegedly had it notarized with a stolen seal and used his frozen sperm sample to conceive a daughter through a fertility clinic
