What logical reason must I date? Dating is crap 💩 .. first and upmost anyone who online dates is desperate and or lonely in my opinion. I met some married people and dating people on online dating apps ad why is that? There’s nothing exciting about dating anymore unless both parties are traditional and I’m talking about courting and etc since I know a lot of people aren’t doing this it’s boring in my opinion. It’s nothing to get on your cell phone and send someone a DM or message to let them know about you. Under my last post, most of you said these cellphones and electronics have made it easier to meet people. I agree ! I’m old school where I believe in meeting people the old fashioned way when you met someone unexpectedly versus looking for what you are after online. I don’t do do Dutch or 50-50 or whatever people are doing nowadays , but to each their own. I don't know online dating is asking for an invitation to a creep, catfish , crazie weirdo , and freak.. since sex culture has taken over the concept of what dating is people expect sex in everything. I don’t see the point of dating unless you want wreck less sex. Very , very rarely are relationships being discussed and marriage. This isn’t a man issue with women - women can be promiscuous with men too! I’m gay and I have more females approach me for sex just like they approach men for it and vice versa. Sex is the focus and problem and there’s nothing wrong with it unless with the right person for me ! It’s rare to meet people for companionship unless the ideal or conversation of sex is mentioned- it’s what driven me away from dating and how dating is nowadays. Thoughts or opinions? A few decades ago , people were excited about dating and it was fun now it seems scripted ! I’m not saying folks wanting relationships and marriages aren’t happening it’s rare and overrated. I’ve been casually meeting people for 6 years ( I refuse to settle!)

I’ll admit I missed the boat by not dating back then - ( being single by choice fur my career and life goals only to be faced with Generation X and dating what is now ) I don’t regret it.. it’s gotten worse!
