So legally Derek Chauvin cannot be sentenced to life imprisonment or death. Those charges are only suitable for murder in the first degree.

So I get a hunch that because of this factor, there will be riots no matter what. Because a lot of the BLM people probably will accept nothing less than that. Even though legally a conviction of that nature isn’t possible.

But I still feel really bad for the guy.

He made a big mistake and now it is likely to bite him in the ass for a very long time.

As the article here explains, the trial isn’t about whether he intended to kill Floyd, but rather whether his actions played a role in Floyd’s eventual death. Since that issue had already been decided.

He was just an ordinary man who dedicated his life to serving others. He spent years on the force serving his community without issue and then made one wrong decision that turned society against him.

If I had all the money in the world I would bail him out of jail to help him escape the horrific fate that awaits him.

Otherwise in terms of what he will be charged of it appears likely that the second degree manslaughter charge will take effect.

As I said before it is my belief that he was grossly negligent to the situation at hand. And going with the court’s assertion that he did not INTEND Floyd’s murder, this is the fitting charge.

However I am a Christian who believes in forgiveness. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that he feels sorry for his actions.

However second degree unintentional murder likely won’t be charged because the Prosecution will have a tough time proving that “beyond a reasonable doubt Chauvin caused Floyd's death”.

•Or a shorter, and less strong (but not weak) guy with a more outwards demeanour, and puts on a convincing persona of being tough and bad ass.

Although the second second guy is tough, he is not among the toughest, as the toughest men usually act more reserved. And also, both men are taller than you.

If you follow March Madness, you would know that Big Ten Men are the biggest flop. The Big Ten put nine teams in the tournament. They also had half of the number one seeds, half of the number two seeds, a fourth seed, etc., and yet only one team (Michigan) is in the Sweet 16. Overall, the record for the tournament for Big Ten Teams is 7-8 so far, while the media treated the Big Ten as the best deepest conferences all year long!!

Now, look at the women's side from the Big Ten. They put seven teams on the women's side, and so far, their record for the women's teams this year is 9-3, with four teams in the Sweet 16. While only one Big Ten team got one of the top three seeds in any regionals!!

The women teams are saving the Big Ten ass while the men teams are nowhere to find, minus Michigan, lol
