I met someone through tinder a few months ago, we never met in person until Jan. We only met in person in order to buy something from him. I was paranoid because of COVID so it was only to buy it and head home. Prior to that, he would reply to my stories on social media and compliment me here and there. He still replies to my stories but he doesn’t ask questions like before, just strictly commenting on whatever I post. I think it’s just platonic, considering he isn’t flirty or persistent etc

I wouldn’t even say a friend because I really don’t know him well at all. But we met through tinder and when we first started speaking, he used to ask questions and message me anytime I posted a Snapchat story. He still messages me when I post something but he’s never flirty. In the beginning, he used to compliment my photos. We met up a few weeks ago, I bought something from him but that’s it. He knows I don’t want to meet up because of COVID. He still messages me when I post a story but it’s not the frequent conversation you’d have with someone that you’re interested in dating. He usually
initiates messaging me first but I feel if he was actually interested it’d be more persistent.

So I just purchased a next gen console from someone I met on tinder lol. I’ve had him on Snapchat for a few months, he’s aware that I did not want to meet up due to covid. However, he’s lucky and keeps getting hold of a ps5, while I’ve been trying forever. He told me that he got one and we met Saturday in order to purchase it from him. I was never really interested too much based on what I saw from his photos. However, when I saw him and heard him talk, I was a bit more interested. He did have a mask on but I feel he did not like the way I looked. He knows what I look like because I have him on Snapchat. He compliments my photos and usually replies to my stories. But I have not heard from him since Sunday when he replied to one of my stories, we don’t talk everyday. Usually only in reply to a story or just whoever starts a convo first (usually him). Maybe I didn’t live up to what he expected in person? Why would he stop reaching out?
