Imagine that you're having dinner with friends or family. You've all eaten your fill, and the idea of eating another bite of food just doesn't seem possible to you. However, your friends have already ordered desserts for everyone, and you find yourself face to face with a delicious looking warm brownie topped with vanilla ice-cream and a little bit of chocolate sauce (or whatever dessert you thoroughly enjoy).

You don't need to eat, after all you're still full from the main meal, but your friends have eaten their desserts already and nobody else is willing to eat yours as well. So nobody else will eat it, there isn't any way of keeping it for later, and so your options are to eat it or let it go to waste.

Would you consider it greedy for someone to eat their dessert in this situation, or do you believe that since the dessert wasn't going to be used anyway, and nobody else wanted it, that the person is as well enjoying it, even if they do already feel full prior to eating it.

Side note: You're not so full that you feel/are sick after eating the dessert. You might feel like you've eaten too much, but not to the point of extreme discomfort.

I notice there are still many people who are questioning the validity of the breatharian path, same as they used to question vegetarianism (you die without protein) and again many years later veganism (you need B12), in spite of the solid science behind the pranic "diet". So putting the science or anyone's disbelief aside, would you be happy to give up your dependence on food, or do you enjoy it too much to give it up? Consider no more need to spend time and money shopping, cooking, washing up, and more space if you got rid of your fridge, cooker, dishwasher, dinner table and chairs, etc. Also consider all the toxins in all the foods these days.

Do you think you would be able to cope mentally? Only asking because I do regular dry fasts and I can tell you it's not the "being hungry" part that creates the challenge. It's the mind. Food is an addiction. You're bored, you go to the fridge. You're upset or tense, you go find some biscuits to chew on or something. When you dry fast you think about food every minute. The biggest part of the dry fast is finding distraction. So do you think you could deal with that on a permanent basis? How about socialisation, the pressure when in company, being the only one that doesn't eat?
