I don't get why progressives use women-only and POC-only "safe spaces" if they are the ones telling us gender is a social construct and we need to protest racism.

Just right now I tried joining the "Sister Act" 2pm class schedule because it discusses topics of what affects women such as gender pay, this woman told me the meeting is for women only, though I could join upcoming classes. Yet they are the company openly celebrating LGBTQIA+ awareness with gender-neutral restrooms. Assuming someone's sex is transphobic, but not when it comes to women's issues? C'mon man.

"Gender identity acceptance for thee, but not for me."

She literally looked at my name and face and assumed in her head, "that's a man." That's what the left (and maybe even some neo-right-wingers who fell for the left's crap) calls assuming one's gender. But it's OK for those very same people to tell me "I'm not allowed, because I'm a dude"?

I can count the times on one hand I’ve had women apologize to me in romantic scenarios. In every one of these cases these women still wanted something from me (attention, relationship, sex, money, etc).

I’ve never had a woman apologize to me for doing something shitty/disrespectful after she lost interest. Never. In all of these scenarios she would try to gaslight me or give a pathetically fake apology just to posture and avoid guilt.

I have on the otherhand apologized if I was legitimately wrong to a woman w/ no agenda other than being a empathic to her feelings.

When I broke up with my last ex I acknowledged the horrible struggle she was going through (in her personal life and family) and how she deserved better. I told her I knew me breaking up was going hurt even more. However I also said I had my mind made up and I had to be honest.

I apologized about how the timing of it hurt even more (given her other problems). She wanted me to meet her family and I knew breaking up after that meeting then would only make everything worse.

But that didn’t mean I no longer respected her as person. I did genuinely care for her situation despite no longer wanting to date. That’s why I was respectful as I could be during the break up. I still respected her as a human being despite not wanting to date her anymore.

But from my experience women take their negative emotions via no longer being attracted to a guy as justification to treat him lower than pond scum.

I was one time that stands out.

As a young teen, 2 women at the front desk of racquetball club had me "pegged" for being the kid that went in the womens bathroom, took a womans purse, and dumped contents in the hallway. When I showed up to play one day, they called police on me. I looked like a real dirtball back then, an odd looking kid. They ID's me based upon my curly hair. They weren't absolutely sure, but they sure acted like it. Called the police... a black police officer showed up. I note race because that was rare for that area and surprised me even more, I had never seen a black officer to that point in my area. He was "nice" looking for an officer, not mean, I was actually comforted when I saw him.

It was really hurtful to be accused though, I was a sensitive kid and didn't lie. To be told I was a liar to my face by 2 attractive girls I admire. And nothing I could do to convince them, even with logic and evidence I wasn't there on the day of the crime. Their minds were made up.

The police man was very clear and direct there was no evidence of crime, etc.. and he never hassled or cuffed me, just let me go.

Long story short: It was another kid with curly hair that was very attractive and one of the girls had a crush on him. They never figured it out though... this kid was a real psycho, but they couldn't see it. He probably wanted drugs or something. Criminal never caught. I confronted the manager, front desk girl and the victim in a meeting, being only like 15yrs old. Was scared, but said... let me play, or pro rate my $ back... I'm tired of being hassled about this. Ddin't do it.

I learned this:
People can think they are right... when they are totally wrong
I was impressed with the office. Maybe I was lucky. Made an impression to trust officers
I lost respect for women.. they can be blind. didn't know that before. Before that, women were like gods to me. I had to learn more to understand.
Some people are mentally ill and will bold face lie.
