Well, the first thing i need to say is that i was cheated on my last relationships. My last girlfriend wanted to open our relationship, and i "accepted" it (i didn't wanted no one besides her, i just accepted because I didn't wanted to lose she).
Now i don't know if i can trust someone again, because all i wanted was a monogamous relationship, and it's feel like it's not a possibility to me. I feel like if i try again, someone will cheat on me or want something related to non-monogamy.
It's not the guys who are supposed to cheat and traumatize a girl? (Just making a joke based on stereotypes)

I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with the most reasonable prenup possible and this is was the result.

1.Whats yours is yours and whats mine is mine: Basically meaning anything either of us legally own in the marriage is ours to have when we leave with the only exception being whatever we choose to gift to the other.

2. Financial partnership: The both of us will contribute to the well-being of the household, in the event that one party makes substantially more then the other, the majority of finances will fall on said person and the other becomes full time housekeeper while maintaining a part time job so they can have their own spending money.

3.Leave the Kids out of it: In the event that we have children, neither of us will weaponize them or use them to take advantage of the other. Any problems we have are to be dealt between me and you.

4.The potential for an open relationship :The sad reality is no matter how much 2 people may love each other, they may want to go around a bit and get it out of their system. Therefore both parties should be open to the idea of swinging or even a poly-amorous relationship in the event that the monogamous arrangement feels strained

5.Strive for good terms:In the event that the marriage simply does not work out, both parties should strive to end it while on good terms. Neither party should go out of their way to screw the other side over.

Basically what this entails, is a simple cooperation agreement where both parties help each other and try to adapt to the circumstance at the time.
