I recently moved base locations at work. I don't work in a building, but drive around. One if the girls in the building took an interest in me and we started talking more. She was pretty open about things, and told me she just got out of a 5 year relationship.
Recently, we arranged to get together after work. She lives with her parents after the break up, and I met her family. We played board games and drank, and it was obvious it wasn't a hook up but she didn't know what it was either. She hugged me and said she wanted to do it again.
We texted a bit, but it really didn't do much. Her friend at work said she can be bipolar about what she wants, and all is probably be is a friend for now.
We talked about it, and the girl said she didn't want to get into anything serious, and didn't want to lead me on. But she did enjoy hanging out with me, and wanted to do it again.
She also brought up her dad got cancer again, and we really haven't talked much.
Last week after I was off, I came with her when she went to get lunch and we talked in the car. I asked before I left if she really did want to get together again and she looked at me then said yes and nodded. She said she doesn't know when it would work. We just started holiday shifts, so I work long days and she's stuck closing.

I'm not sure what to do

This girl I indirectly work with and I agreed to get together after work one night. Originally, we were supposed to go to a bar, but we wound up going to her house. She lives with her parents, so I wound up meeting her family.
We played games and drank outside, and I thought we had a great time, she said she wanted to do it again and hugged me as I left.
I tried texting her the next day, but nothing really started. She randomly asked my last name later. Then I went to say hi the next time I saw her at work, and it seemed awkward and weird. I later texted her asking if she wanted to do it again, and she didn't respond.
A few days went by and she finally replied saying sorry she never responded, but she'd be down for another game night.

I'm kinda annoyed she took so long to respond, and it seemed awkward as hell to talk to her and I'm not sure what to think about this

Ok, so get this.
This one girl I was sort of dating got really angry at me and literally broke it off because of a joke. And no I am not exaggerating.
How I apparently offended her was a game we were playing together, she asked me to wear a flower hat. I wore it then jokingly said "aren't flowers sort of girly?" then I struck a pose with it. Somehow that got her vexed and she said I was a sexist perverted moron who objectified women.
At first I actually thought it was a joke, laughed and wore the flower anyway then she stormed off leaving me so confused. Next thing I know basically EVERYONE is calling me sexist and things like that.
I confront her and ask her what it's about, she explains and I say "Ok, that was clearly a joke" she then goes "I don't joke with Sexuality" then I say "So whenever you say my dick is tiny and can never satisfy you, that's alright but I can't make a simple joke?", she then says"we're done." I would've asked any of my female friends if they would've taken the joke in a bad light like she did but thanks to her exaggerations, I didn't have much of them left.

So am I really in the wrong? Because I've been so confused in this past month lol.
