A baby born and raised on the Moon would face major challenges if they tried to visit or live on Earth 18 years later. The Moon’s gravity is only about one-sixth of Earth’s, so a person growing up there would likely develop with much lower bone density, weaker muscles, and a taller, lankier build compared to Earth-born humans.

If such a person came to Earth as an adult, they would struggle to function in Earth’s much stronger gravity.
