I’m going to tell you examples of things that he’s done to me and you’re gonna tell me the percentage of it being likely that he will hit me in the future
Time we were having an argument, and he extended his arm out, trying to reach for my neck
One time I said something and he reached for my neck, but then he apologized for doing it too rough and said he didn’t do it rough
One time I said something, and he jolted towards me doing like a movement that he was gonna hit me
One time his cat went in the sink and his body up like he was angry like his muscles tends up
He’s also playfully put me in a headlock, but not really like a tight headlock

If he is already putting hands on you and putting you in headlocks then the chances of him physically hitting you and hurting you increases big time to the point you should really reconsider your relationship with him , A loving guy will not put his hands on you at all on a threatening way

Immature man-baby stuck at about age 15. He likes the fact that he can use his size and strength to frighten/intimidate a woman. He doesn't know how to behave in social situations. This may or may not get better over time. But if he is mid 20's and hasn't matured yet, it's not a good sign. My advice would be to move on to an actual healthy adult male personality.
