Once upon a time a woman named Kathryn was in the early stages of dating and sleeping with Antwan. She had an ex boyfriend named Jim that she openly stated was a "really good friend of hers". Kathryn stated that she texts him before going to his local wellness store to see if he is there and have items ready for pick up.

It is the Christmas holiday. Antwan is dating Kathryn but doesn't know Jim. They both have a mutual friend. A picture was put on facebook of their mutual friend in the first week of December. It was posted by Jim. Kathryn liked this picture. The caption of the picture said:

"Will miss my buddy. Looking forward to my trip to Mexico next week."

It is the holidays. Everyone seems to be traveling to places for Christmas. Kathryn has an older brother who lives in Mexico City. Antwan has been dating her for 3 weeks. She seems flustered and disoriented packing. They have sex. The next day she seems nervous. She kisses Antwan goodbye and leaves for Mexico.

While in Mexico she texts Antwan throughout the day. All day every day. Constant pictures. She is very into Antwan. But at one point she says she misses him but also loves Mexico so much she wants to return in the Summer for 3 months.

A few months go by. Kathryn texting her ex boyfriend Jim comes up. Antwan has been dating her for 2 months now. In bed he asks her why she needs to text this ex boyfriend to see if he is working at the store he owns. Kathryn says he is just a friend.

She says, "It's no big deal. He helped drop off my brother's Christmas gift."
Antwan says, "In Mexico?"
Kathryn corrects Antwan, "No. He prepared the gift items in his store before I left for me."

Wasn't Jim in Mexico at that point? Antwan then asks why they broke up. Kathryn wraps her arms around her stomach in bed and becomes annoyed saying, "I just don't like him like that. We didn't have good sexual chemistry."

Did Kathryn meet up with her ex in Mexico?

So, straight to the point I met this girl and we hit off instantly, I could tell she was attracted to me when we first saw each other. However, I put myself into this complicated friendship thing between us. Consequently, we would hang out very often for example I was always in her room till like 2am and we would just have a great time. Also, there were times were she comfortable to lay on , get close to me, and we pretty much broke the physical touch barrier also she would she would cry in front of where I would console her occasionally and she would do the same for me. And thats how things were, then one night we got pretty drunk together in her room and I made a move where I ended up kissing her and she kissed me back, but she stopped it because she said if keep going were gonna end up sleeping together. I ended up leaving that night because I respected her, then a few days pass by and she calls me drunk asking me to pick her up which I did and she kissed me, and flirted with me while I was driving. So, that was our thing in the beginning now she has a boyfriend, I stepped away from her when they started to get serious. I found out her boyfriend is insecure from her and well she is beautiful girl I can understand where he was coming from but I never felt insecure when I was around her. Her boyfriend knows about me, he gets jealous that I am older, doesn't know about kissing each other, and doesn't like her dressing super nice to see me when all we do is catch up with drinks. And I can see it in her eyes that she feels guilty/regrets pick him over me to be in a relationship. There is some tension when we see each other and when we see each other she's happier, laughing, she was excited when I told her my mom wanted her to come over to hang out, and nervous when she's around me I can tell from her body language. She doesn't get that dressed up for him because I do see them in public or doesn't look to happy either.

So, do I got a chance, from my perspective?
