i think most Mothers are unable to help their sons about dating and finding a girlfriend. She can't see things from his perspective and she can't objectively help it. Girls most of the times simply function different from mothers and mothers seem to have forgotten it completely or how it was when they were at that stage of life.

i heard there are many fathers, who also can't teach their sons how to find a girlfriend.
and the worst of all is that these sons may resort to pick up on some boastful picking up women courses, that apparently sell so well.

I've come across a lot of women in my life and I'm easy to talk to so they tend to open up and share personal details of our lives. In addition, I have a lot of female friends in my circle and have good insight into picking up on human behavior.

One thing I've notice is that a lot of girls who have issues with their dad, whether their dad left the family when they were young or they just had a poor relationship (aka resent him), often tend to be heavy alcoholics. I've also notice that said girls tend to be party girls and easy picking for fuckboys/players.

For example, I once knew a girl who just finished college and wanted to party her ass off before she officially started working. She got tricked by a guy who gave her a place to stay for the holidays and promised to show her a good time if she blew him. Needless to say she did it and the guy after getting serviced by her kind of ignored her ass and she spent most of her trip obsessing about this guy and how much of an asshole he is. And this girl's father is in her life but she considers him an asshole.

Another girl I know for example is heavily into fitness, social media and also drinks a lot. She has a bad relationship with her dad who she claims was abusive to her mom. Now she is in a relationship with a male who keeps their interaction a secret and has like little to no social media pictures with her. Basically keeping her as a secret booty call on the side, so that his main girl doesn't find out.

I have more examples but just wanted to know if women in general who have issues with their dad tend to gravitate towards fuckboys/players?

This young woman kept staring at this guy over and over after she noticed him helping her neighbour. He got to know her family but she was super shy around him and turned her back on him a few times but turning bright red. One time the guy wrote something online and she read it and got upset and then told her mother who was getting angry that her young adult daughter was upset by the content. The content was just the guy expressing anger that people in the local area were not picking up dog poo or something like that. She was very upset with this guy. One time the young woman saw him and she bumped him with her butt then stood on his shoe.

A few times she’s looked at him and got super shy. What was all this about?

I consider myself a high functioning adult these days; I was a professional "Composer/Recording Artist" for a number of years after gaining a PhD in Music Composition from Birmingham Conservatoire. However the money was sporadic at best so I changed careers and became a Chef, quickly rising through both the ranks and up the quality spectrum over 10 years to eventually become a Sous Chef at a 2* Michelin Establishment in London. However due to relationship responsibilities picking up (my fiance is a doctor and we both work 16hr days). Which would make having Kids... tricky to say the least. So I changed career again so I could maybe work from home. So now I am training to be an Ethical Hacker (Cyber Security Engineer). Anyway, my point is, most out people out there whom I have worked with, have always considered me very capable/dependable. So when they eventually find out that I come from a highly abusive background, they get taken aback... and some have even accused me of outright lying about it...( I can only assume that this is because "in their mind" you can't come from that kind of background and be anything other than dysfunctional...) Unusually, it's also often Women who have accused me of lying about this... and I am really not sure why... Guys tend to take it at face value (or even give me "props for not letting it affect me"). To clarify, my mum was diagnosed with Cancer when I was about 3, and my father was away on business abroad a lot, so I was only ever with her (watching her slowly fall apart), she died when I was 6.. my dad remarried, who I can only describe as a sociopath, she emotionally/mentally and physically abused me, gaslighting at every opportunity to make me and my father think we were loosing the plot.. I spent a lot of time believing I was having "black outs" because I couldn't remember hurting myself in the way she said..(because it was her). To this day I struggle a lot with trusting women.. I have to force myself to not assume the worst
