Am I considered a slut?

I had sex with this guy after talking with him for about a month. We never ended up going on an actual date. He said he wanted a serious relationship with me and was very attentive in the beginning. Ultimately, we never made it to the date and he ended up picking another younger woman over me who he loves. He decided to gaslight me whenever I pointed out that his actions didn't match his words. Or, whenever I started pulling away from him. He really tried to make me think I was crazy.

Is this because I was a slut in his eyes? I feel depressed because I rather liked him aside from the gaslighting.

With great power comes great responsibilities. Women have great power from being the gatekeepers of sex... but they keep on opening the bridge up to many men without quality control. It seems few women understand their power, the responsibilities it entails, or how to have the discipline, self control and self esteem to keep a high level of quality control with regards to sex.

If you stop listening to what the media and society preaches about sex... consider that you allowed a man into the deepest levels of your body and soul after just a month... and you communicated that he was worthy of starting a new family with you and fertilizing your egg.

I would not consider that being a slut. Most of us like sex. Things don't always work out in the world of dating though.
