I've been through a lot lately, most notably, I lost my spouse. I've also been concerned that my empathy for people I don't know just isn't there. I screamed and cried unlike any way I've ever before when I lost my spouse, but when my coworkers family members die (which they have been a lot lately) I don't feel sad, although I do give my condolences to them. I decided to dig up and find the live stream footage of the shooting in Mosque from 2019. I knew someone would've kept it up somewhere, and I thought that maybe exposure to the footage might make me more sensitive to the suffering that people I don't know may endure and allow me to provide better condolences to them. Once I found it, I took a deep breath and hit play. It showed everything, it showed him shooting the people and all of that. None of it bothered me at all, I kept my eyes wide open and watched the whole thing, having no emotional reaction to it at all. This concerns me more. Am I dangerously lacking empathy for those I don't know?

Richard Dawkins is a biologist and evolutionist that doubts creation but isn't saying it is impossible like many does.

He is admitting (probably truthfully) that he can't be certain that our universe was not created by God.

In light if this new knowledge, what are your spiritual views concerning Dawkins' admittance of not being certain? Strong man or weak man?

You go and date someone. Like most dates, it doesnt' work out, but if you find them to be decent enough, you match them up with friends. He does the same with people he knows and. They can choose to date or not, it's just networking.
Maybe there are gatherings and social events and you just engage those people and there is more opportunity to connect.

Thus... the number of opportunities increases

I know that im insanely in love with a girl that looks kind of like the opposite of me. I have a broad, short face while she got a long, sharp face. It feels a bit weird comparing myself to her since we both look nothing alike. So do you find men that looks different from you can be somehow more attractive than a person that looks like you?
