I was in a relationship , that relationship was toxic but additive too.. It ended because he was cheating on me. I was not able to move on from that but luckily i got a frnd (a random frnd or we can say stranger ) he had also suffered from same problem and thats why he was able to help me in move on from that relationship moments... After that he proposed me not for relationship but for being his partner for life... truly speaking he is not at all good in looks but i like him by his heart and the way he loves , respect and care for me which was totally missing in my relationship.. so I don't know why i said yes just because he loves me (i dont). Then we was together and he was the one who does not want anything from me neither money or physical things.. in my past relationship that boy was forcing me for money (gifts) and for physical too... So i got a perfect guy who loves me a lot... But then my frnds fam my sis , no one was in favour of this relationship and because of his looks and no confidence no one likes him and was not giving respect to him... Then i just stop talking with him and on his bday too i was destroy his bday because of a fight then whenever i feel like i call him but many and actually most of the time i dont pick up his phn.. then also he was same with me.. and now also he just say this to me that he will Marry me only and no one can take my place in his life... I dont know why he is doing so , what he really wants from me... Or is it true love? Let me tell you this also that he is a big lier and he has lied many times.. like about his financial things and some stupid stories which was not true and i always get to know when he is lying...

Now the main thing is this, that i want know is it true love or not.. should i wait and watch him like the way i am doing or i will loose true love? Should i talk to him and be with him or just watch him?

Everyone at work thought we had a crush on each other. There were times where he would approach my desk. He even laid his body across my desk to look at my pictures. He pointed to one of my pictures and gave it a thumbs up and said cute. He told me I was socially awkward. He sometimes messes around with me by pulling small pranks. I remember I confronted him about the rumors of us and asked if felt awkward because everyone kept pushing us to get together and I didn't want to upset him with what's circulating. He would get really irritated when people made subtle comments about us. He said didn't feel awkward and didn't deny anything. He joked that we should go on a double date. Another day he told me to take his number down if I want to talk about it more. I didn't take his number but got his social media page.
He started to act weird and ignore me and even talk about me to coworkers. I got upset and he/I didn't talk or interact with each other for a week. I deleted him off social media where he can't follow me or see my post. Then I find out he's seeing another person who used to work with us. She's supposedly engaged to someone else but they've gone on dates. She sent him a romantic gift to our job. So I ended up backing off completely. Fast forward to now, I saw him snooping on my social media page watching my stories. (My profile is public).
We slowly started interacting by making small talk again. He messaged me and asked me to do a favor. I don't know why but I said sure. He wanted me to make something for him. I ended up giving him my number. I did the project for him and he says thank you, he appreciates it. Didn't even say thank you, I owe you one or I'll give you some snacks... Nothing. I don't know if this guy like legit hates me/likes messing around with me for fun.
