I'm not talking about just plain lobbying that we all hear about with professional lobbyists working for a business or special interest group. I'm talking about citizen lobbying, where everyday citizens in the U. S. meet with their legislators to influence a change in the laws. I learned quite a bit about the process in my nursing program. I saw firsthand changes that happened in my state's laws because of citizen lobbying and not just related to nursing or the healthcare profession.

I'm tempted to eventually do a mytake about the power American citizens have in the legislative process beyond voting which would include citizen lobbying and citizen-led initiatives.

With Biden's impeachment inquiry about to begin, well, we all know that there's been lots of pay to play and bribery that's gone on via Hunter Biden - and since Joe was VP and the person in power to deliver for that money, he was getting paid and Hunter was the front man.

All that said, I've heard it SO many times, that impeaching Biden means that we're 'Stuck with Kamala,' and 'But nobody wants President Harris,' and I get that but wait. How slow and DUMB are these GOP leaders?

Because the truth is, we ARE NOT 'stuck' with Kamala, because Speaker Kevin McCarthy IS 3rd IN LINE -- so, HELLO, if you get Kamala out of the way, there's the way forward for America.

Kamala Harris, not only massively incompetent and a complete disappointment to me as a woman who didn't vote for her but hoped she'd do us proud, has so neglected our border that her actions do amount to not just incompetence but also treason. The grounds are there.

Lefties wants coups, so, I say, let's give them coups, and impeach Kamala while we're at it (impeaching Joe) and save our country... shouldn't we at least try?

Oh, and I did some digging today and found that a GOP rep from TN actually filed impeachment articles for BOTH Joe and Kamala back in June. At least one person has a brain, lol.

Not only has illegal immigration exploded under the Biden administration, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) fails to track migrants it is supposed to monitor after releasing them in the U. S. Incredibly, the agency created after 9/11 to prevent another terrorist attack is not making much of an effort to find the missing foreigners who in thousands of cases were freed despite not providing the agency with a valid domestic address or after furnishing a bogus location including car dealerships, bus stations, restaurants or churches.

Between March 2021 and August 2022, DHS lost track of more than 177,000 migrants inside the country, according to a scathing report issued recently by the DHS Office of Inspector General. The watchdog found that 80% of addresses provided to the U. S. Border Patrol (USBP) by migrants were recorded at least two times and 54,000 were simply left blank. More than 780 addresses were used over 20 times and seven were recorded by federal officials over 500 times, apparently without raising any red flags. Some of the addresses were charities or federal government agencies. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) also got trashed in the report for failing to always validate migrant addresses prior to releasing them into communities throughout the United States.

In all, DHS released more than a million migrant individuals and families into the U. S. during the recent 18-month period.

Last year a Wisconsin senator obtained startling DHS figures showing that, during a five-month period, the Biden administration relocated 273,396 illegal immigrants throughout the United States and issued north of 100,000 NTRs to an ICE field office within 60 days. More than 50,000 illegal aliens failed to show up for their hearing with federal authorities by ignoring the government issued NTR that has become the laughingstock of the nation’s immigration system.
