Transform guys restrooms into unisex restrooms?

How about to replace the existing pictograms by the following ones?

unisex restroom

Since there are always a queue to the girl's restroom and none to the guy's one, it seems fair that girls should be allowed to use any restroom.

Of course, there should be urinals in the guy's restroom, so that guys can do their business quickly.

Finally, girls need to have choice between using unisex or female restroom, because some girls are not confortable to use the same restroom as guys.

What do you think about that?

Why change the guys rest rooms? The only reason that there is no queue for them is that men going do what they have to do wash their hands and leave, they do not do any thing else in their restrooms. I can guarantee that women would not like to share with men as male 'rest rooms' are the one place where a man can break wind without being criticized for it. In Portland Oregon, they have tried this, made all of the Public Restrooms Unisex removed the urinals and put in more stalls, which has caused a problem with more queues as most Male Public Restrooms had 6 urinals and 2 stalls, and with them being made unisex they lost the 6 urinals and put in 2 stalls so now those Unisex Restrooms have a capacity for 4 where previously had a capacity for 8, and Portland City Council think its an improvement!!!

If you want to cut the queue for women's 'rest rooms' you either make them larger and increase the number of stalls available, or if they have furniture in them remove it and put in more stalls, or change the attitude of women to a go in, do what you need to, get out, No loitering.

No because a queue doesn´t say much about the usage of a restroom. I would argue that women use their restroom oftentimes longer because they go their with friends as a group while go their alone, do their business and leave it as quick possible.
I don´t see how women using men´s restroom, too would avoid another queue since women just do the same in the men´s restroom and moreover from own experience the number of women prefering a female restroom is bigger than the number of women comfortable with an unisex restroom.
So I think the only solution is to have more female than male restrooms.

No. I don't want to be watched. Or accused of anything.
Also seems a little sexist, you either have proper unisex block where stalls are used by anyone and a separate urinal block or divided between genders (although with 150 genders now it maybe difficult)

I simply think it's easiest and best to have the trifecta, women's, unisex and men's. Have three and there is no problem. Because just like women, some men don't want women in the same toilets

It isn't ok for men to walk into a women's restroom and they aren't even as exposed in there like men are with urinals. It definitely isn't ok for women to do the same. It's easy math. I promise. Stay out of the mans restroom. It's for men. Not you.

Women's restrooms have always been for women only and men's restrooms have always been available to anyone who wants to use them.
