What are some first date conversation starters?

so I’ve been talking to this guy (we matched on a dating site). we exchanged numbers and so far so great. he is currently out the country so we are planning to meet for the first time when he gets back home. but we have been texting and calling every day since. it’s great but I also don’t want to overly text/call bc I’m fearful when we meet in person, we may have nothing to talk about (since we have been talking about LITERALLY everything through text/call). what are some great first date conversations to keep the conversation going? part of me wants to jokingly be like “hey I’m ready to skip right into cooking each other dinner and watching wheel of fortune on the couch, what do you say?” LOL.
