I've said something similar to a black girl who was lecturing people on why they shouldn't do blackface. I told her, "Even if it is offensive, so what? I have a right to offend black people if I want to."

For the record, I wasn't doing blackface myself, I just worded it that way because it was easier.

But I'm certain I've said the feelings thing to a few people as well.

I more often ask people why they care so much about shit that doesn't effect then. One of my old co-workers complained that one of our kiosks violated ADA guidelines and they remodeled it. She told one of the supervisors, "A wheel chair person couldn't work in here."

"Are you in a wheelchair?"

"NOOOOOOOOO"

"So what do you care?"

Not in those exact words but I have said something to that affect more than once irl and on here. Usually when I'm presenting factual information and their counter is how they feel when it isn't relevant is when it would come up.

I have seen some people on this website call things facts that weren’t actual facts though.

One time I saw this other girl in the how do I look section call this guy objectively attractive.
Objective means based on facts.

I didn’t find this guy remotely physically attractive.
That was just her opinion

Seems like some people can’t tell the difference between an opinion and fact

It is sadly common. People ask questions as true or false when they are asking for opinions as well.
