Instagram announced that this week they are releasing a new app called Threads which is designed for text-based conversations. It looks like it’ll be available later this week.

ChatGPT is telling me to place it inside the root project folder, but also tells me I can put it in the different app folders I have. When I created Django project, it seems there are 2 folders that are designated as the project folder; 1 that contains the 2nd folder and manage. py, and 1 that's inside and contains the rest of the py files. Is that supposed to happen or is that wrong and I should take all those py files out?
