I want my problem solved not somebody to listen to my issues. If a motion sensor/vibration detector is acting weird and while explaining what's going on the service guy is just "we'll send you a new one" then by all means cut me off so I can go about my day sooner. I don't want to have a conversation if I don't have to. Also, how is that not helping me if I'm getting a new one?
No. It's usually you not communicating with them properly.
It irritates me when companies hire call centers in India where people don't speak English.
