Do you ever yell at useless customer service bots that insist they can help?

I yell at the AI BOT at Walmart's customer care department all of the time. She is dumber than a rock and makes me lose my patience because she insists she can help me when she really can't.

Finally I yell at her "You can't help me" and it's only then that she ALLOWS me to speak with an actual person.

With texting with customer service I'm pleased you can tell the difference between AI and humans because they're both equally hopeless at answering questions.

HR must search the whole country to find the most stupid people for this role.

When humans answer a question I know what to expect straight away, and I text "Thank you, and Goodbye" lol.

Next time take a deep breath put your feet up get a snack. It's basically air programmed to blow your way or it could be a five-year-old child that knows nothing except for what they've been told so maybe try to teach it because that's how they learn too and if you yelled it it more than one time that's how they learn the second time to just hand you over to somebody because you yelled it in the first time LOL patience patience patience the only one that it hurts in the long run is you by yelling because you get all worked up and that takes toll on your body somewhere somehow

I think they do it on purpose. You've used Chat GPT or Grok right? Not nearly as aggrivating, correct? But for some reason the AI used for customer service seems to be the most retarded AI ever created.

Why I think they do it on purpose? To increase the chance that you'll get frustrated and just go away. It's not there to help... it literally is there to piss you off.

And if I am completely angry I write a letter. In between an email. Depends the topic, how important and and and... my time.

I don't. I mean, it's an AI. It doesn't care if you're yelling. That's why they use the AI in the first place. Because human beings care about being yelled at and don't like it. Though I honestly don't ever get upset at customer service, anyway. If they made a mistake and couldn't fix it, I just don't go there any more. It's not worth the headache when there's usually a valid alternative.

Oh yes, I hate those bots especially when I want to speak to a customer representative and the bot tries to steer you away from it , I have yelled plenty of times at those damn things lol

I heard that they are programmed to sense when people are getting irritated by your voice. Then they will pass you on to a real (?) person. It does seem to work for me. After i swear at them and call them *******?

I try and avoid dealing with them. I'll message the company direct through their website, rather than phone up and have to go through all that "For Orders - press 1, for Support - press 2..." bollocks.
