Who else hates calling customer service?

I’ve worked in a call center, I know the stress of that job. I’m not fond of calling them but I’d rather our interaction be ultimately forgettable than make their day actively worse.

I had to deal with the BS on Friday. What drives me crazy, is I'll spend 20 mins giving them all the information they need, so they can connect me to the "right person" and supposedly save time, then, 20 mins later, the "right person" answers and I have to spend 20 mins giving them the same information. I'm convinced there is no such thing as the "right person" or "correct area"... they're all the same people.

I don't mind calling or talking to them it's being put on hold for hours at a time until someone can take your call and then, when you DO get a person to talk to, they can barely speak English!!!
