I pms REALLY badly, everybody just gets so aggravating! I have trouble hiding my annoyance when I am, sometimes I even snap at people. my mom doesn't want me to go on birth control, but I just get so moody! does anybody have any tips for controlling your raging hormones while ur pmsing? thanks =)
