Guy's Behavior

I asked him if we are going to meet today, he said "we will talk"... meaning he will text me. Should I wait for him or just text and ask?

We were together for 8 hours yesterday... I. felt it was a bit too much, because I had mood swings due to PMS... but I love to see him everyday.

I don't know if he will.
